They are actually all above good, since a quite bit of players like me don't pull on weapon banners, these standard 5 stars weapons are actually good cuz there aren't many 4 star f2p weapons better than them
Anyway it all depends on how you build them, so yeah even standard 5 stars can be good, you just have to have good artifacts and even DPS Barbara can do big dmg
I have Tighnari but he is not that great, I use Amos bow on him and have 70/180 crit but idk he doesn't seem to be so good, maybe I'm just playing him wrong. Qiqi and Diluc are kinda bad rn, I never used keqing so idk how strong she is, dehya is dehya and Jean is kinda decent, I use her as the healer in the second team of abyss but once I finish building Furina she'll be benched. Mona is good on the right teams, in the nukes she's the core but for sustained over time DMG, meh
Actually now that I think about it a lot of the standard weapons are very good and versatile except for maybe the spear.
As for the weapons, I think onto xiao and ganyu a weapons are the real good ones, I don’t know why they didn’t put tighnari signature in their as it’s very good.
tighnari and Mona still hold aloe of value especially tighnari. He’s very strong and still used a lot in the abyss today. Mona may no longer be the bets but she is still a strong hydro support, Jean is only good if you have furina so yeah the rest of the standard characters do suck but you can say the same for hsr with only bronya being the real good character along with maybe gepard.
I don't have primos, so any weapons is good. Anyway I don't have festering desire so nevermind, I already have two decent teams for abyss so now I just pull to collect characters I like
feastering desire is trash on fuirina, just get her signature, the gap between festering and her signature is big, without it she sucks
Yeah you're right, that's why I would mucho more prefer getting festering desire for my Furina instead of Aloy
lol that pull aint gonna get u anything and the 5 star characters and weapons on the standard are trash so who cares
depends on 'that' free 5-stars char, if he has future-proof kit, it would be too good. but if not, yeah, welcome to d-tier in a future patch lol
call me bootlicker or whatever u want, but they have diff treatment. i'm not surprised if hsr give more free 5-char character or free pulls everywhere (even i'm not surprise if that game give more pulls and character on its 1st anniversarry), bcz this game are slight similar with hi3 (powercreep potential everywhere in combat-focused game)..
oh hey, someone agreed that luofu's story are meh. the death of playable char was not helped a lot (that's also an asspull move instead a good plot twist lol)
But seriously, giving a free 5 star for the game's birthday would be so good, like damn I've been playing for over a year and got more 5 stars on star rail which I played for 3 months then Genshin
Missing Aloy is a pity for the free pulls, I don't have her but I wouldn't even want her tbh, I would much more prefer getting festering desire that I missed back in the days T-T
old players who have her never use her
Well Genshin has give Super Super Rare 5Star Aloy in 1st anniversary/PS colab. Newer player will never taste her lol.
I remember Zajeff once (as I recalled) said this "If HSR weren't turn-based game it wouldn't have been released this year" Which is why in terms gameplay depth Genshin is a lot more technical since you have to pay to attention about a lot of stuff because you move the character. Since HSR gameplay is so simple, to make it more appealing they give tons of new QoL and a lot more character to be released per-patch, they focus more towards more combo and strategy.
getting a 5 star for anniversary doesn’t seem to far fetched now
I agree hsr is way more generous they literally are going to give us a free limited 5 star but genshin has better content and game quality if you ask me.
