her constellations cant save her either 💀 meanwhile baizhu have good c2 as it makes him dendro xq. i still dont get why hoyo kinda designed her to be dps with that hydro dmg bonus ascension stat. even her constellations want to make her dps. but why? she cant even crit. the donut is also encouraging you to use her as dps. what a weird choice of design.

yeah I think kokomi should be in S, she’s still a good sustain but her era is over. Most teams nowadays want Jean, zhongli or baizhu over her and two of those three have better synergy with furina because of team wide heal with one click. Jean should be higher placed in S tier with kokomi right behind cause she isn’t really “mid”. Baizhu should be moved up to SS tier in her place. I thought people would realize how much value he brings to teams by now but oh well.
imo kokomi should be even lower than jean. yes i said what i said. baizhu completely surpassed her as defensive support and utility wise. and jean overall has better utility than kok also. she can proc vv shred. nice burst dmg, cleanses allies from elemental status which is especially even stronger with sunfire comp with bennett. this combo is useful when fighting cryo herald. it shreds through thicc cryo shield the fastest.
kokomi is trying to do both neuvilette and baizhu role but mid at both lol.
neuvilette a self sustaining dps who can basically use proto amber like kok but he can actually crit already makes him better to improve your team dps. driving with kok has always been copium.
you dont use baizhu to apply dendro anyways. you use him to protect your team.
that’s why I said they should be equal. Kokomi only has application but baizhu basically surpasses her in everything else. Mono hydro kokomi is good but compared to other furina comps with baizhu like Neuv, it’s not that meta nor strong. Also almost all dendro teams always have a second dendro and with how busted baizhu already is, amazing application would made him a good replacement of nahida (not saying he would be as good) in some teams.
kokomi is overrated fr but application is still pretty important when it comes to team comps. Baizhu application is sh*t and single target focused. There’s a reason you’ll almost always see him play with another dendro while kokomi can be the only hydro in the team. Also mono hydro kokomi goes hard so she has just as much synergy with furina as he does.
yup the JP one is more accurate imo, it actually takes all characters pros and cons into consideration and makes sure that the tiers are balanced out. Like Hu Tao and lyney having almost the same value cause one is better in AoE while the other is better for ST.
I know I brought that out of nowhere lol, I just thought that since everything is calm rn we can actually discuss the tiers and it’s characters.
I think she could be in support section just not SS cause she doesn’t bring much to the table compared to the others. I agree with the S sub dps and main dps take though. I also think kokomi should be just as low as baizhu or baizhu just as high as her cause he has much more value nowadays with better healing, preventing oneshot, best synergy with furina and buffing dendro comps. Kokomi only has application over him but when her teams are less and not needed it can go out the window

Imho Raiden is S tier main dps, S tier sub dps (Kuki sidegrade but lower than Kuki), A or B tier support. Even better dont rank her at support role. They removed Yelan support role. I am sure ditching Raiden support role is not a big deal.
Imho Raiden is definitely good, S tier is ok but maybe mid-high just because she's clearly better then some chars on S tier. I think her biggest utility is in support, as a electro applier and battery she's still good, so maybe mid-high S tier support and mid-lower S DPS and sub at C0. At C2 maybe mid-high S tier is good, but definitely not the same tier as Neuv
=_= i agree s tier for ok char is acceptable. btw, she must be lower than Furina in sub dps section. no way in the world shes stronger at c0 in this role bruh

zhongli is the best sustain in the game so no doubt he has high usage. I agree though, he is better investment and pulls. But if your arguing that a character should be lower then you should lay out your reasons rather than name calling and just saying they are a “flop” and “mid”. I believe raiden should go down cause she isn’t the best at any of the roles she does but is the most versatile electro and works in any way you want to so S tier would be best.
I agree that she is overrated and needs to be tiered down but saying there was no hate going on here is wrong. Read through the comments again, this all started because of a troll getting pretty over Gaming but the name calling as well as calling others simps and wasting money/pulls on a character that’s not meta is not doing “justice”. Raiden is not meta but people are free to pull, same with ayaka and kokomi.
