I think this tier list was made for f2p players so they don't really care about getting C2 5 star over getting 3 different characters, while I agree Raiden C2 is not so useful unless you simp so hard you want to invest 10k resin on her, she still deals outstanding dmg. Sure, I wouldn't put her in the same tier as Neuv, but her dmg is still really good
while I agree she's not must pull anymore, I have to say she's still really good, and her rating is a bit high but not even much. If you have her, you would know how valuable she is even now with all new characters, if you don't have her, she's not must pull, but surely will make your battles much easier
i also dont get how they still put kokopium over baizhu. kokomi is struggling so hard in meta rn. neuvillette is better hydro driver than her. ayaka and nilou died in fontaine too. where does kok shines? no one needs her jellyfish ttds tenacity atk buff anymore. if you dont want to move baizhu up to ss. at least put kokomi down lower than him in s. also ayaka, xiao, itto, c2 raiden not being in the same tier already show how all over the place this tier list is.

also i think bennet value became a much lesser than it was before. its nonsense when atk buffer is higher than kazuha and furina which buffs are more universal and actual. bennet meta is over a looooong time ago
both raiden and ayaya are meh chars by modern standards. they demoted ayaya and this was deserved now dont be shy and demote raiden too. kokopium also dont belong to ss btw
shes ok yeah but being just 'ok' isnt enough for archon standards sadly and especially for wasting 160 pulls for her when we have cheaper and better chars many of which are four stars. people like commenter below must finally let this corpse rest in peace and move on, but instead they are bashing on other people preferences lmao. if i sometimes will pull for c2, ill gladly take c2 furina over c2 raiden. shes at least can provide really usuful support for her teams, not just garbage recharge which need mb national and 1.5 other teams lol. and c2 furina herself can do absurd amounts of damage at the same time. raiden c2 is just another weeb bait im so tired from this bruh. better talk about gaming than this flop arhcon
I agree that they are rating her high and that she’s no where near must pull but if I’m being honest I picked her up when I first started and to this day she still helps me get full stars on abyss so she isn’t a waste for everyone. I don’t get the urge to build other electro characters cause she does every job pretty well even if not the best. But yeah, she’s S tier at most. Fiscal, yae and kuki while restricted to certain teams do the job better than her in those teams.

raiden is outdated. wasting pulls for her is plain meh when we have now so many chars who do raidens job better than raiden herself lmao. mohoyo even created the problem with high inazuma er requirements to promote raiden but these days its not saving the flop archon anymore. meh dps meh support. nobody wants so much recharge and fontaine teams dont need 'bEsT bAtTeRy' lmao. keep coping raiden simps

kuki is the most used hyperbloom trigger cuz she doesnt flop against shield and can heal. while raiden? her most used team is still flop rational. xiangling carrying her career.

because Raiden is a god tier battery, she not only a dps, she is the most powerful energy recharger in the game
Honestly they can keep raiden c2 SS there but move her down on Sub/Support, Kuki competes with her in Hyperbloom and she's more comfortable to use cause can heal
I use her with Nahida Yelan and Xingqiu and she deals top dmg with both hyperbloom and electrocharged, her burst still does 50k when critting even without good crit and atk stats, and having her as a burst dealer is great especially when the enemies is going for a big ahh attack you can just use her burst animation to dodge if you dont have others ready
I'm use Raiden so I'm a little biased but she's still a solid character. Sure I agree her era as a main DPS my have came to an end, but in hyperbloom she's just so good, and if built well she can still be a good sub DPS, burst sub, and battery for the whole team. I don't know if she's still worth more then new characters like Neuv eland Navia, but still you won't regret pulling her
