xiao doesnt stand a chance against vape plunge diluc with vv xianyun. diluc has better plunge multiplier than xiao too...

Man I can't with these people. The tierlist shows character's rating AT THEIR BEST. That includes all the new artifacts, weapons, game state and all new characters with new playstyles. Thats Why Diluc, Noelle and bunch of others are climbing higher and higher on the list. We now have Furina - that enables hp loss mechanics combined with hunter set. We have Xianyun that allows characters with high plunging attacks scaling become stronger (Diluc, Razor, Hu Tao, Xiao)
???? when dendro was introduced, keqing shinobu yae got better. when furina got released, jean baizhu and even noelle became better. you obviously havent seen diluc with xianyun and he shouldnt stay in B tier
cope. Dliuc dragonstrike trick have always been strong. now Xianyun just make it easier for Diluc to plunge.
I think there is a new person making this tier list, because I can't understand any of the changes. IMO this was the only reasonable tier list out there until now. You can't remake the whole tier list based in the new character available, the same way you are not rating the power of every char when grouping up with all the other chars in the game. 6241 combinations. There are obvious changes based in subjective preferences, like Diluc tier S, come on!

I think people are just voting for their favorite rather than the strongest. I love raiden and I still clear the abyss with her to this day but tbh she should be in S tier, Al the characters in SS are way above her in terms of strength, use and versatility.
facts. She feels so clunky and outdated now. Best character, huh? What a joke. She's S, and S placement is her best spot. But not higher, maybe even lower. Raiden copium is over a long time ago, when Hoyo released Nahida, character with true archon power.

Also Baizhu's SS placement also very good addition. He's obviously more valuable now, in the times of Fontaine meta.
Furina is SS in all important categories now. Great. Finally. So nice they're placed her higher than Raiden. Raiden's place in sub-DPS section always was a laughable.
Never thought I’d see the day where a 4 star dps is put in S tier. Also should xiao also go up? He got a huge boost too and when faruzan is c6 his team becomes insane.
they are forcing 90% of the players to quit the tcg when there are too many cards but too little coins... tcg is a complete waste of time, we don't need anymore update on it
