Well I wouldn't put much stock in tier list. Given outside of a few cases. Alot of how good a character is will heavily depend on what your facing. Along with team make up. Relics of course. For a character can be great in aoe, while poor in single target. Something tier list don't really focus on. Due to wanting to boil things down to simple numbers. Making most tier list rather worthless.

That is false. He was move back up after they move him down to S tier with Hu tao. They even gave reasoning that he the best at low investment. When they moved him down. Only to move him back up to ss with in 10 hours. How so? She has consistency been a good character, even with how old she is. With many new supports working rather well with her. Aging far better than main other characters.

Incorrect Al Haitham and Hu-Tao were both bumped down yesterday I saw it with my own eyes. I guess they reverted him back for whatever reason.
