nope not at all a meta tierlist, pure dps is just like 20% of what a character needs to have to be SS-Tier. You can look at the criteria on this site yourself. With those criteria a very strong but also beginner friendly is ranked far better than a slightly better character, that needs an special team, artifacts and enemie. If u go for strictly meta u can only look at c6 r5 characters anyway. What reall, is rated is how much ompf you get for your cash and how flexible that ompf is.

she is a speedrun merchant, if u play reset impact then yeah. She is the best at clearing fastest but for casuals they don't wanna do that. If u play her wrong she is not SSS

try using arle on zhongli and arle on citlali, u will see how shit zhongli is

I dont think you can really draw a fair comparison at the moment since the abyss heavily favours natalan chraractes and dendro characters dont have the easiest enemies for them either. And people always wanna play the new characters and try them out, alhaitham isn't exactly a new or recent unit.
