Are you talking about solo DPS without reactions? I've been playing her in a mixture of Emilie/Citlali/Furina teams with Xilonen and even at level 79 talent 7, her reaction damage repeatedly hits at well over 22k, I even spotted a 90k melt hit today on her ult's main hit. She's expensive, sure. But so far worth it. It's been tried, the comments raged, they changed it back. Layla/Diona are options for melt teams, but Citlali does make it's reaction more consistent.
now that I think about it, it should be even lower, Mavuika as main DPS should be A tier even navia, wriothesley, clorinde perform better and do more DMG compared to mavuikas bike DMG at most 22 k per spin.
Overrated Mavuika tier as a main dps as SS, it's S just in case, says someone who has her and fully upgraded and compared her to arlecchinos DMG. Her sub DPS is SS that's true but not for her as main dps, her burst is good and that's it about her kit. As a main dps with 256% cd, c0,R1 LVL 9 Talents. she does the best she can do is spinning DMG in her bike and that is 22 k per spin. Pretty shit for a main dps. If you want to get the most of her DMG as main dps go for her press E and melee.
Is there going to be a SSS for Mauvika for DPS?
the only idiot are people who tell others how stupid pulls are if the most important thing to pull is if you LIKE acharacter. also zhongli with geo teams with geo construct is still super good. (if you put albedo zhongli and ning in a team) citlalis shield is way weaker , she is cringe ugly and bad written (but that is subjective, and I also dont even like zhongli but at least he is normal written and not thirst trap) , so stop judging other pulls.
I get that pyro traveler isnt that great. but mavuika is neither but is put at top "because". especially reasoning for exploration sucks with her a lot. for example its easier to explore with kinich than with her. she can barely climb with bike and stop. she can barely drive with bike (sayu longer still) and dash is just as long as wanderer. her dmg is mediocre its not that good either compared to other pyro units like arle....
Thoughts about adding a new tier for the tier list, for example SSS tier, or S+ tier. Because to me, characters in S tier are too bloated and stuffed with many characters. This new tier is equivalent to T0 or Tier 0.5 on Prydwen as in Starrail tierlist. Reasoning for this is to gratify better value base on the characters in the tier list, so players can effectively planning their pull.
Could Layla or Diona replace Citlalu ?
Sorry I perhaps should of been clearer at the end of my last point, but txt limmits. 😅 What I ment was Her upgrade materials are locked behind the main story quest and weekly boss. Even tho Mav and Citlali are already giveing impressive results, it will mean they still basically miss this abyss. So the point I'm getting at, is given the abyss reset is often at odds with banner releases, it still seems unreliable to make choices on pulls based solely on 'expected' abyss performance. 🤔
she has the highest DPS ceiling with just citlali so yeah don't think I will struggle. Oh and next abyss is fully shilled towards arle and Mav btw. So yeah both of them will destroy next abyss rotation
Investing in one of the power5 like Bennett is great, but aiming to spend wishes for a perticular 4* is never viable. I guess my ambivalents to Zhongli's cost might be because Ive only ever spent one wish on his banner. He was a one pull way back in 1.1 and best return on that investment ever since. Also you may have pulled Mavuika already, but can you confirm she's gonna be current abyss viable in the 6 or so days left? All charicters take time to be good, supports just last longer.
So tldr pull DPS first and then their supports
And even xiangling it's hard to clear abyss with her now that hp checks are increasing every abyss
Wheras if u pull support first Ur gonna lack DPS, most 4 star DPS suck nowadays with xiangling being the best but since we're talking about a new player here, chances are they will have c0 xiangling which won't be enough to clear, she needs C4 minimum to be decent at best
ok pull furina, kazuha, etc. try to 36 star with Ur c0 4stars since new players won't have c6 4 star. It's dumb to pull supports first, when getting a DPS is the priority and then u pull their ideal supports. U don't go for supports first as there's broken 4 star supports that work at super low cons like Sucrose, Bennett, xq
If u pull zhongli all Ur doing is delaying Ur first 36 star clear, like I said damage check is what u need as a new player going to abyss 12 and zhongli being known for a DPS loss doesn't help with that
?? No it's not, Fontaine era and now natlan DPS are known to having some insane early cons, going for cons isn't a bad idea now that it's a lot of newer char c1 are good, some are mid but not all
I don't agree at all. You make it sound like going for Zongli on the would require the resources of a full team when in reality he just needs a bunch of HP and he then provides full results. It's also against best practice to surgest going for charicters that need constellations to be currently viable. A bad plan to over invest in only one or two units early on. And horrendous to believe DPS units are better than SubDPS or Supports, when they continue to hold value years later.
New players don't have that luxury of investment so getting 2 limited DPS with Sig/cons and offensive supports are infinitely better than a zhongli
floors 1 to 11 are irrelevant if u pull 1 limited DPS, doesn't matter what I'm talking is floor 12 and pulling zhongli will not help u get 36 star, he is a comfort pick for old players who have the investment to 36 star
