Flophaitham should be A-tier tbh. Dendro is finally dead, as it should, and only free2poors are mad that their dendro dps cannot compete with real reactions like vape and melt.
I think moving Alhaitham to S is just wrong. If you compare his raw power/team power he outclasses the other S-Tier Dps Characters. Yes he may be weaker than the other SS-Tier but he is a lot closer to them in Dps than to the S-Tier.
The order changes are not documenteted. :/ e.g. Chevrause is now above Baizhu, Kokomi and Raiden.
