whats your proof that thrifty mona is alive? and they are not even "stop posting regularly" they literally have not made a post so its assumed that they passed away from that.

We've done this shtick to death already (pun intended). Thrifty Mona is alive and well and has already repeatedly posted after supposedly dying. Just because someone stops posting regularly on one forum doesn't mean they are dead. Get some new material already...
Kafka, Silver Wolf, Jingliu, Blade, Sparkle, Black Swan all got direct unconditional buffs
venti was meta even without durin amd seeing varka's kit he needs 2 anemo and 2 phec characters so his best team will be varka, venti/c6 faruzan, durin and Nicole and aside from venti other characters were buffed too and characters receive indirect buffs too for example pretty much every new support and sub dps ends up wheelchairing Neuvillette and there are many more like in 3.0 where dendro brought a lot of old characters into meta (kuki, thoma, etc) and so on
your "buffs" Are basically character sp's which is basically a new character how is that buffing?
Venti was meta because he was being violently shilled w/ Durin. That Spiral Abyss had a room with a billion squishers to group up, the one thing he can do. Older characters that are buffed will be either happy accidents or, again, done to fluff up a support that *actually* wants to only be slotted in with new Hex 5-stars. Durin actually only wants Varka and Nicole. If older characters (especially DPSes) end up being true-meta, Hoyo will viciously mechanic-and-power-creep them out.

I thought it was obvious that they passed away already, the fact that they havent replied for years proves it

And aside from tingyun pretty much all 4 starts are utterly useless
Hsr's last 4 star was moze which was more than a year ago
but genshin will release more Hexenxircle characters which means that more old units will stay in meta longer and venti who is a 6 year old unit was meta in 6.1 and 6.2 and a lot of new characters indirectly buff old ones by giving them more options
I never said hsr doesn't buff characters I just said genshin's buffs are more significant and you were the one saying genshin doesn't get any buffs we are getting more liyue buffs soon too

That's a little disingenuous and presuming way too much. The old characters were buffed to fluff up Durin and his bundle-reliant kit since Varka hasn't been released yet (and given Varka's kit, the whole Hex thing may be a scam). And the buffed old characters hardly see any more use/relevance than before.
and hsr managed to buff bs and sparkle and they are the best in their respective teams, bs in dot and sparkle in any sp teams (archer, sparxie, dhil). And we are getting more hsr buffs in 4.2, so stop saying genshin is the only one with buffing old characters.
NTE is interesting, but it is still unknown, how much pulls you get each update. I think it will be better than HSR and ZZZ. If someone plays one of these games as a second gatcha game, i would recommand to switch
Guys forget the previous stuff play Nte because Nte has no 50/50
genshin is buffing a lot of their old characters one by one like the guy below me mentioned the Hexenxircle buffs brought 6 year old units back into meta and old and new characters are able to coexist and liyue characters are next in line while hsr gives buffs too they are a lot less impactful
