I mean a tier list is based on people opinion and is not a divine word and no one is forcing you to play with the new characters btw.
Stop changing the characters so much, people put a lot of time and effort to get their characters to perform at a high level, then you go and just completely knock it down isn't the smartest thing to do. It ruins the game. Why spend so much time if that's the idiocy that makes these kinds of decisions. Sorry new lands don't bring you more powerful characters that is a mindset of someone who can't develop better game mechanics and story lines. Do better Genshin!

if Faruzan is below C6 , Viridicent or Emblem, if she's C6 Tenacity is better, for Venti just wait for the next patch because there's a new set for Hexerei characters, for now everything that gives you ATK or anemo dmg or Viridicent

I think Veredecent is good for both but if they are in the same team and if your faruzan is c6 then tenacity is good for faruzan
