you can aöso move Kazuha down, because he is good, but in the most cases replaced by other buff & debuffers.

Neuvillette's DPS is literally as high as any SS-tier apart from Mavuika and Skirk... They lowered him because "waning power" when he literally benefits from both Ineffa and Lauma... Varesa does deserve SS tho, her damage is absurdly high, but lowering Neuvillette at this point in time it's just dumb, I'm sorry.
Varesa deserves that position. Check Varesa new calc with Mavuika CDCDCF/CDCDCE. She already has the same dps level as Skirk 4 cost with just 2 cost. Her Durin team in the future would perform the same. 1 cost: Varesa is a lot better than Neuvi and Arlec 2 cost: Varesa is a lot better than Neuvi, Arlec is close but not that close 3/4 cost (C0R1/relevant 5 star): Varesa is still ahead The same story continues until C6R5, Neuvillette becomes obsolete and Arlecchino got carried by Citlali C6.
I could say this tier list is good, but after you moved Flins and Varesa over Neuv and Arle while also placing them in S, I don't think I will 🤣🤣. You guys have to be high on something. Maybe nefer does become broken combined with lauma, because they gave her a lot of crit rate, she can be in SS. But placing others down and electro ones up is crazy🤣🤣.

I have c0 r1 Neuvillette. With furina, ineffa and Luama I can tell you it is a lot more than 65k dps. My neuvi alone hits for around 40k per tick then my furina is hitting for 30-60k per hit then there is ineffa and lauma hitting for around 30k+ as well and then the reactions going off. My neuvi team went from below my Mauvika team dps wise to being my highest dps team without question.
my arle with bennet, xilonen, and citlali does like 95k a hit, my maivika with the same team does like 400k on her ult then her motorcycle donuts do about 150k per hit so yea she does more damage but only slightly. My neuv with furina, lauma, and ineffa does around 40k a hit and it hits a lot with all the other characters hitting for 40-60k as well on top of reactions which out damages both teams easily. He should still be ss his damage is solid and he is a crazy hydro driver.
are u mentally ill? Nefer without lauma is 102k DPS that's insane for not lauma. Nefer is infinitely better than kinich too
