Lots of characters use fav tho so you could use this if stringless/fav are occupied
I will to 100% give this to my Ororon! I do´t have anything else to give him so he´s getting this Bow now also because it looks very Fitting based on the Design! uwu
yeah I guess it does fit him well and I'm always swapping my Favs around so it's a good fit for casual content.
This is bad on fischl, stringless even at r1 will be better. Fischl doesn't need ER in the first place most of the time because she is the battery of the team herself. And also because she can't snapshot the bow passive since it gets triggered AFTER she uses her skill, which means Oz won't get the buff unless he gets summoned again before the buff duration ends.

Yeah Game8 tends to not give the most coherent info when it comes to weapon usage: only Jahoda, Ororon and Collei can be seriously considered (off-field Burst ATK scalers), but Favonius will probably always outperform for the team (more ER and energy procs, vs ATK that can be attained on Sands instead).

Also Faruzan and Sara? Both those characters scale off base attack, so the passive isn't helpful.
