How to Get Masterless Stella Fortuna
Obtain Another Copy of a C6 Character
When you obtain a 5-star character who is already at max Constellation or C6, essentially their C7 or above, you will receive a Masterless Stella Fortuna as compensation.
Obtain Retroactively from Mail
For long-time players or whales, when you already have obtained multiple copies of a C6 character in previous patches, after Version Luna I becomes live, Genshin mails your accumulated retroactive Masterless Stella Fortuna to you!
Obtain from Free 5-Star Anniversary Events
Every Anniversary patches, players can also obtain a Masterless Stella Fortuna by claiming an already C6 Standard Character from the event!
How to Use Masterless Stella Fortuna
Raise Characters to Level 95 and Level 100
| Level 95 | 1 Masterless Stella Fortuna |

| Level 100 | 2 Masterless Stella Fortunas |
Using a Masterless Stella Fortuna will increase a character's level cap. Raising a level cap from 90 to 95 requires one Masterless Stella Fortuna while going from 95 to 100 will consume two.
You can check this screen by going to the character's screen and pressing the button for Ascension Limit on the bottom right of Attributes.
