For the Plane of Euthymia challenge, Raiden should have a 4-piece Emblem build to utilize her natural Energy Recharge capabilities and have perfect synergy with the other trial characters.
Raiden Shogun must have a high Energy Recharge, CRIT Rate, and CRIT DMG. Other stats you can focus is her overall ATK and Elemental Mastery.

The Engulfing Lightning and The Catch are the best weapons to use for Raiden's Envisaged Echo challenge. This is to further enhance her Energy Recharge stats and increase her Elemental Burst DMG.
Other weapons would include Staff of Homa or Primordial Jade Winged-Spear, if you're lacking in CRIT stats, Skyward Spine is a good subtitute for a Energy Recharge Polearm, and Wavebreaker's Fin or Dragon's Bane for F2P.

The 4-piece Emblem of Severed Fate artifact set is the best option for Raiden Shogun's challenge. This artifact is tailor-made for her character stats and overall kit to produce and gain consistent DMG and Energy Recharge.

The stats you should be running are at least 250% - 280% Energy Recharge, 60% - 70% CRIT Rate, and 100% - 120% CRIT DMG. The other stats you can focus on are the overall ATK or Elemental Mastery.
With these stats, it should be enough to fully complete the challenge within the time limit.
Plane of Euthymia Strategy
Use Elemental Skill to Get Elemental Burst
You will have 0 energy on Raiden at the start, so you need to use her Elemental Skill first and go through your whole team's rotation and funnel Elemental Energy into her.
You will need to gain enough for Raiden's Elemental Burst before the first thunder surge occurs. Thunder Surge is the buff you gain in this challenge, which further enhances Raiden Shogun's overall DMG.

Wait for 8 seconds before the first thunder surge and use the Raiden's Team Combat Rotations in order. When the Perpetual Array splits, walk up to the selected Ruin Machine and run through the team rotations again.
You must only use Raiden's Elemental Burst on the weakened Mechanical Perpetual Array and not on the small Ruin Machines.
Never Use Elemental Burst Without Thunder Surge
The Thunder Surge buff only applies when Raiden uses her Elemental Burst. However, this buff will also have a cooldown. So, it is only logical that you wait for the Thunder Surge to come back up before you use Raiden's Elemental Burst.
