All enemies lined up diagonally or vertically can be dealt with by using the Directed Piercing Shot, while the enemies that are grouped into three and lined up horizontally can be shot at the same time with the Grape Shot!
Remember to save these shots for the right moment, and use Solid Shots for single stragglers and explosive barrels!

Explosive Shots can be used most effectively on Electro slimes to trigger Overloaded, which can deal damage and potentially throw enemies off the stage. Explosive Shots are also needed to destroy wooden shields.

There will be at least three waves with Geo Samachurls, which create shields for their companions. You can use the Directed Piercing Shot to take them down quickly!

The final wave will have a Hydro stone that you can break with a Solid Shot, applying Hydro to all enemies. Trigger Vaporize using the Explosive Shot to defeat the enemies easily!

The second stage of Fearsome Ferocious Firepower have several waves of Hydro slimes, which you can Freeze using Icy Shots, before using Solid or Grape shots to shatter and defeat them.
Pyro and Electro slimes can be defeated in batches with just a few Icy Shots as well, and keep an eye out for explosive barrels you can aim for!

Whenever you freeze enemies using an Icy Shot, you can switch to Solid Shots or Grape Shots to shatter them and deal damage, letting you save Icy Shots for future waves.

When the waves with Bounce Pads appear, it's best to use Directed Piercing Shots to deal damage to as many enemies as possible!

Keep track of your Icy Shots and make sure you don't use them up, as they'll be needed in the last two waves against the Hydro Abyss Mage and Blazing Axe Mitachurls!

The third stage offers plenty of Icy Shots and Explosive Shots you can use one after the other, triggering Melt to deal more damage. Remember to shoot Hydro stones and explosive barrels as well to take advantage of their Elemental application!

Stage 4 introduces the Nega-Pressure Shot, which can be used to group enemies together in a vortex. This shot doesn't deal damage on its own, so its best to aim it at the Spike Towers whenever those appear on the field!

When there are no Spike Towers, aim for the center of smaller mobs. When there are plenty of enemies on the field, it's best to crowd the enemies into two groups.
After grouping them together, you can use either Directed Piercing Shots to deal damage to multiple enemies or hit barrels when they appear, or use Explosive Shots on the slimes to trigger elemental reactions!

Wait for the right timing when the enemies are closest to the Spike Towers before deploying the Nega-Pressure Shot, maximizing the time the enemies are being pulled in.

The final wave will have a Hydro Abyss Mage and a Cryo Abyss Mage, both of which have Elemental Shields that can be broken with Explosive Shots. Remember to save at least a few shots for them, since there's no guarantee that the Large Pyro Slimes will react with their shields.

In Stage 5 of Fearsome Ferocious Firepower, there will be plenty of Bounce Pads that you can make angled shots with! Use the Directed Piercing Shots to bounce off the pads at several angles and to deal damage to all enemies in its path!
Remember to use Explosive Shots only when against the Wooden Hilichurl Guard, to remove their shields. You can also use Icy Shots and Solid Shots to get rid of Hydro and Pyro Slimes quickly!

To begin playing Fearsome Ferocious Firepower, head to the event domain in Fontaine, south of Elynas in the Beryl Region. Enter the domain and g

During the challenge, use the turret to fire various shots to clear waves of monsters and prevent them from passing through your defense line. When a monster crosses the line, your Combat Power decreases. When your Combat Power reaches zero, you are defeated.

In each challenge, you will have a fixed number of ammunition. You must observe the characteristics of the monster waves and their formations before selecting suitable type of bullets at them.
| Shell Type | Description |
|---|---|
Solid Shot |
The most basic type of ammunition, commonly used to hit single targets. Suitable for scattered monster formations. |
Grape Shot |
An ammunition type that splits into 3 projectiles after firing. Use the aiming lines to determine the projectiles' trajectories after they split. |
Explosive Shot |
An ammunition type that deals Pyro DMG in a small AoE. It can trigger reactions such as Operation Overload and Rising Mist, and is effective at destroying hilichurls' wooden shields. |
Icy Shot |
An ammunition type that deals Cryo DMG in a small AoE. It can trigger reactions such as Cold Snap and Frigid Frost, and is effective at slowing down the movement SPD of hit monsters. |
Directed Piercing Shot |
An ammunition type that generates a piercing energy beam after firing that damages all monsters along its path. |
Nega-Pressure Shot |
An ammunition type that can be manually detonated after firing. Upon detonation, this ammunition type creates a small Nega-Pressure Zone at the blast site, which continuously draws in nearby monsters for its duration. |

Given your limited number of bullets, it's best to choose the right type of shot to maximize damage dealt to the enemies in each wave.
