Yes you're. 3 seconds of increased ATK buff after burst is nothing without repetitive healing. And she won't get off-field ATK%. So a crit stat stick with 12% Atk buff
Am I weird for thinking this would be good weapon for Hu Tao? Sure she loses the off-field buff but she can heal using her burst.
Im thinking on pulling it for Emilia.. off field dps with crit dmg? why not?

Why is no one saying its great for xiangling
It's obviously good for all polearm healers, sure ATK won't benefit much most of them, but more importantly they will buff your ATK scaling DPS and that's huge. So this will definitely be BiS for Chevreuse, Mika or Yao Yao.
