You are a lifesaver, such a specific problem. I decided to see why I didnt have this achievement and the profile picture since I have 100% everything in the game (on first glance) and all quests and after searching for like 3 hours this single comment has solved it for me. Such a specific little thing. After going to the area and killing those two abyss mages, then walking with the automaton for about 15 seconds the final quest triggered for me. Thank you so much

man natlan is a DISASTER of a region, not only is there no way to know if you completed your quests only way you can know is thru acheievments which sucks bc not every quests give an achievement. i really hate this region
The Umbra quest description needs to be updated. Not only do you need to complete his quest, you also need to achieve at least S rank on his time trial. This triggers a photo scene with the traveller and the saurian, which is necessary to unlock the final quest.

After finding Urubamba's Tatankasaurus I also had to do Urubamba's challenge!! It's a coin race, not too hard. Immediately triggered this quest as soon as I finished it.
