An Omen of Annihilation and the Final Entreaty Walkthrough

Offer Up the Golden Entreaties to the Device

Offer Up the Golden Entreaties to the Device

Offer up the Golden Entreaties by heading to the device at the center of of the Heart of the Sacred Mountain. You will need a total of two Golden Entreaties to offer up.

You can get the Golden Entreaty from Between Pledge and Forgettance, and the Lost Traveler in the Ashen Realm quests.

How to Get Golden Entreaty

Enter the Light

After offering up the entreaties, enter the light and explore up ahead once you've arrived at the new location. As you press forward, you'll see ahead of you a platform where the Source Dragon Mech suddenly spawns.

Defeat the Source Dragon Mech

Defeat the Source Dragon Mech

To defeat the Source Dragon Mech, all you have to do is to deplete its HP to a certain point, by hit it with your attacks and Elemental Skills. Your first bout against this enemy doesn't require you to completely defeat it, so just keep on hitting it until it casts its skill that holds renders your character frozen.

Speak to Kukulkan

A brief cutscene featuring your Tepetlisaurian buddy will be shown, which leads you to being teleported to another dimension. Then, speak to Kukulkan, initially named as the One Who Speaks Coldly.

Activate Huitzilopochtli at its Location

Should You Activate Huitzilopochtli

Go to Huitzilopochtli's location after all the dialogues and cutscenes. Afterward, you will be given a choice to activate or not Huitzilopochtli. To progress the quest further, you should not activate Huitzilopochtli.

If you do choose to activate it, you will be stuck in a loop with the same quest objective over and over again.

Defeat the Source Dragon Mech

Defeat the Source Dragon Mech 2

After going through the long sequence of cutscenes, you'll be back to the platform and your companions, eventually leading to the second and last bout against the Source Dragon Mech.

To defeat the Source Dragon Mech (and this time, for good), simply keep on hitting dragon until you disable it momentarily. You'll have to do this about three or four times, each of which your attacks are gradually becoming stronger, therefore making the fight a lot easier!

Once the Source Dragon Mech has been defeated, another cutscene plays out. Afterwards, talk to your companions to finalize the quest!
