Stage 4's available stratagems and the fixed Variation Stratagem will want you to draft teams focusing on Electro-Charged, with Swirl to drive the reaction further.
An AoE core team consisting of Hydro, Electro, and Anemo are good for this stage. If you have them invested, Ororon and Sucrose are arguably the strongest characters for this type of reaction comp.

Keep Up Consistent Electro-Charges
The Stratagem list for this level emphasizes Electro-Charged and Swirl Reactions while providing general-use multipliers that can be triggered easily on the side.
Keep your focus on making sure that you can keep enemies Electro-Charged On-Field and the Stratagems should do the rest of the work.
Trigger Thundering Strike As Much As Possible
As before, triggering this stage's main mandatory stratagem increases the points gained via the use of Electro-Charged. Triggering the effect will be swift as you only need 4 enemies to activate this stratagem in this AoE heavy stage.
Try to cycle through each of your characters and make sure that both Electro and Hydro application is constantly up. Use your Swirl character and spread the elements as much as you can!
