Is this going to be the best f2p weapon for normal-attack skirk?
Looks like the passive does not apply to other characters, just the user, which sucks. How about a Physical Kirara or Layla on an ATK-CRIT build, with 4-pc Bolide. Do you guys think it's viable?

my question exactly. i wanna give this to bennett on a team w zhongli and wrio, but i want the bonus to apply to wrio bc he's on field
So if all my characters in the party are protected by a shield, do they all get these benefits as it says “characters” vs character as in the only one holding it? It would be super cool if Layla could provide extra DMG and CRT to the party, too!
This would be good for Chiori, too. She split scales with attack and is Geo, so can crystallize.
What about kaeya? Will be good with him if I have him on a team with zhongli?
Xilonen can easily use the Natlan craftable. That's a much better choice.

I mean, if your plan is to run her as a DPS then yes, go for it. If she isn't then anon #3 is right.

As person number 2 said, no, she doesnt need those stats, but if you pair another sword DPS with Layla then it would literally be a dream team
She's a shielder, she doesn't need Attack and crit rate
Is this not the BiS f2p weapon for Layla? Her shield basically has 100% uptime.
