You can get one Iridescent Inscription after completing the Shadows of the Mountains quest chain in Sulfurous Veins. You can immediately start this questline even without progressing the Archon Quest or doing other quests, which means you can guarantee scoring this item as soon as you land on Natlan!

Tale of Dreams Plucked From Fire Quest

You can get another Iridescent Inscription finishing Tales of Dreams Plucked From Fire quest chain in Ameyalco Waters, near the People of the Springs settlement. Same with Shadows of the Mountains, you can readily start this quest line after arriving in Natlan, but since this located southward, we recommend getting this after Shadows of the Mountains!

Between Pledge and Forgettance Quest

Genshin Impact - Between Pledge and Forgettance World Quest Guide

The third Iridescent Inscription is located inside the Luxurious Chest rewarded after finishing Between Pledge and Forgettance quest chain. This quest line requires both Tale of Dreams Plucked From Fire and Shadows of the Mountains Quest, which means you'll only be able to get this after snagging two inscription fragments from its required quests.

Firethief's Secret Isle Luxurious Chest

Genshin Impact Iridescent Inscription Locations - Firethief

The last Iridescent Inscription is located inside a Luxurious Chest that you can obtain after completing all four Trials scattered all around the Secret Isle. The first three trials involve Saurian Indwelling, while the last trial features battling against three Wayob enemies.

Give All Fragments to Chuno

Genshin Impact Iridescent Inscription How to Use - Give to Chuno

After collecting all four Iridescent Inscriptions, use the Waypoint located north of Stadium of the Sacred Flame and south of Huitzli Hill. Then, scale the plateau directly behind the Waypoint, and walk towards the small tent a little to your left, where you can spot Chuno mumbling to himself.

Once you've exhausted his dialogue, submit the 4 Iridescent Inscriptions to spawn the Luxurious Chest beside him!

yeah ive done all the quests, and firethief isle and I also only have 3, im certain I havent missed anything because ive been following a guide for everything in Natlan, no idea whats going on, super frustrating
