You can get two Key of Somewhere in a cave near the Sanctum of Rainbow Spirits domain. One key is inside a metal cage, but you can grab it without opening the cage. Another key is just hanging from a rope near the locked gate.

The two Key to Somewhere can be used to unlock the metal gate and the secret area within. What you can find inside the secret area is a Precious Chest, a Pyroculus, and the local legend, Balachko that you can fight.
