Version 4.8 Release Date and Patch Notes
Nilou's skin costs 1,350 Genesis Crystals during the discounted period from July 17, 2024 up until August 26, 2024.
After the limited-time discount expires, the price reverts to 1,680 Genesis Crystals, similar to the previous 4-star outfits.

Nilou's new outfit is a beautiful white dress with purple floral designs and blue accents. It also comes with a new hair accessory featuring a floral design and a copper leaf crown.
Based on the preview from the 4.8 Livestream, Nilou's skin does not include any new skill effects or animation adjustments, so it might also be a 4-star rarity outfit.
