Although its skill cannot be triggered by most characters, it is still a great DPS stat stick due to the unconditionally high base attack and 64% CRIT DMG. If you have it, any sword characters can use it nonetheless.
Bennett in particular can also make use of this sword due to its whopping 674 Base ATK at level 90, increasing the value of Bennett's buffs!

Anonymous over 1 yearthe passive is completely useless for him. he could use the CD and base attack tho. in my opinion EM 4stars ae equal (if not better) so i think you could save it for when u got Clorinde
