During the event, there is a message board on the event venue where other characters can post messages and give gifts. Some will also appear on the event site after fulfilling certain tasks!

Heizou's Message and Gift for Day 1

On the first day of the event, you meet Heizou during the Part 1 event quest and you'll be given a basket of lavender melons. Heizou will also leave a message on the board expressing his support for Itto.

Shikanoin Heizou's Message

Itto, I've received your invitation letter. Everyone's happy for you. We believe that you've got a good head for event planning. If you work a little harder, I'm sure you'll stop having to report to us all the time. So please, take these Lavender Melons with compliments from the Police Station. Oh, yes. Madam Kujou Sara also wishes us to pass this message along on her behalf: "The Tenryou Commission is watching you. Do not forget that."

Sayu, Ayato, and Thoma's Message and Gift for Day 2

Ayato's Message and Gift

On the second day of the event, Ayato will send Itto a message informing him about his commissioned gift and asking him about the title that Hanamizaka's children are saying.

Thoma's Message and Gift

Thoma's message expressed his support for Itto's event. Thoma also indicated that a staff from Komore Teahouse will help to enhance the atmosphere at the venue.

Hey, Itto, this is your second time organizing this sort of musical event, right? Haha, didn't think you'd move the stage to Watatsumi Island ーopposite Sangonomiya Shrine, no less. Very cool! I asked our Clan Head, and it was agreed that we dispatch a team from Komore Teahouse to help liven up the atmosphere. They'll provide tourists with free tea. What do you think? Pretty sweet, eh? Dont' worry about it, you're welcome. I'm happy as long as you are!

Sayu as a Strange Daruma Near the Message Board

Sayu will also make an appearance during the event on Day 2 as a Strange Daruma. You'll find her near the tea table in front of the stage. Sayu will show up once you have completed all of Dvorak's to-do list for Day 2.

Yoimiya's Message and Gift for Day 3

The board will be updated on the third day of the event with Yoimiya's message informing Itto of his request regarding fireworks. You can find the fireworks across the message board.

Ah, sorry, my bad! I actually recieved your letter quite a while ago, but choosing the fireworks proved kinda tricky, and I wasn't familiar with route, so there were some delays. That said, when I got here, I thought everything was going great! The atmosphere's electric, the scenery's beautiful... Ah, I'm going to have a good, long look around. I hope the fireworks will fit in well with your gang's rock 'n' roll festival!

Yae Miko and Ramen Buddy's Message and Gift for Day 4

Yae Miko Nearby the Ms. HIna Standee

Yae Miko will appear on Day 4 of the contest. You can locate her in front of Ms. Hina's standee. Yae Miko will only stay on Day 4 and will afterwards leave the venue.

Ramen Buddy's Message

On Day 4, another message will be added from someone named “Ramen Buddy”. It turns out that they are the ones who gave the Ms. Hina standee.

Well, well, Sir Arataki, I didn't think you'd remember little old me, your ramen buddy. I've since spent many nights considering how I might express my thanks. See that standing sign over there? Yes, that's right, it's your beloved Ms. Hina. It was a last-minute decision, and I spent quite a hefty sum on this one. You wouldn't disappoint me by not placing it in the most conspicuous of locations, such that Ms. Hina might be put on full display to the people of Watatsumi Island in all her glory, would you?

Elegantly Written Letters

Shikanoin Heizou's Letter on A Crate

You may notice a letter left by Heizou on a crate just by the event venue. This letter talks about how Heizou had to stop investigating the ninja dog rumours and about some evidence he had accidentally misplaced.

Oh dear, my apologies! I've received word from the Commission. There's a new case that requires my immediate attention. As for that canine case you were concerned about, I've already got the evidence. But Yoriki Owada kept warning me not to reveal anything to unrelated persons, so... sorry, but my lips are sealed! Oh, but there's a but! It's really unfortunate, but I accidentally misplaced something again. You know, the details concerning new admissions to that "Puppy Union." I believe it's nearby, so could you help me look for it? If you find it, please double-check it to see if it's indeed the evidence, and then find a time to return it to me! Thank you so much!

Letters with Elegant Handwriting

On the table by the Message Board, there are three elegantly written letters. All three letters are signed by Shikanoin Hezou and seem to be the 'evidence' for his investigation of the ''Puppy Union.''

First Letter
I asked some Ritou residents, but none of them have heard of that which you call "ninken" on the battlefield. The sheer lack of information quite surpassed my expectations. This is quite strange, even for information that has not yet spread widely. I will continue searching for clues.
Second Letter
I tried a different approach today, which unexpectedly yielded some relevant information. During the war, the International Trade Association had an organization registered with it that specialized in pet treatment and trade known as the "Puppy Union." Its symbol just happens to be a dog wearing a bamboo hat. Not that this proves anything alone, but I found two other suspicious things: 1. After the war, the Puppy Union very quickly canceled its registration. 2. The Puppy Union's event funding went through at least six layers of transfers, quite suspicious... I will continue investigating.
Third Letter
Well, well, wasn't this quite the day? I tried to investigate the people who had dealings with this Puppy Union as much as I could, and I found two main, hidden sources of funding. One is the Foreign Trade Association. In fact, the Union could be considered a subsidiary of the former. You may not be aware of the particulars regarding said Union, but they are closely connected to Sangonomiya. The second source is more interesting still. You'd never guess, but it's Komore Teahouse, and of course... the Yashiro Commission isn't far behind the curtain. A fascinating turn of events, no? Sangonomiya and the Yashiro Commission... I wonder what your little secret is? I have my guesses, but I'll need more evidence to prove it - details of deals regarding pets. We should have records of such things at the Police Station. I'll get in touch with Yoriki Owada.

After completing the final event quest for the Iridescent Arataki Tour, you can talk to Langqing and get a copy of the lyrics for the song Itto and Paimon performed!
