to get the third nod-krai local Legends you have to beat multiple wild hunts around the area until you get three relics then after being in a small quest you fight the local Legend
есть еще одна легенда "Король Капибар" очень похож на "никогда не умирающего" но теперь сбивать атаки можно только перегрузкой (может быть еще и двуруки но я не проверял)
For those that are fighting "He Never Dies" I found it wayyyyy easier to use claymore characters (I used Eula and Raiden) to interrupt his ultimate. On the contrary, I found it extremely difficult to use an Overload team to interrupt his ult. Also, cheesing the fight with Jean's skill so he takes massive amount of fall damage was a very quick method to killing him. I used Venti's ult first to make him airborne with ease and used Jean's skill at the tail end of his ult. Happy fighting !
