The Beginner test of the Alchemy Exam requires you to create an Intermediate Constitution potion.

Sucrose places down a very specific requirement for an Intermediate or higher potion with Constitution as an efficacy. So pick ingredients that either give Constitution, or develop the potion's efficacy.
Note that the ingredients used in this test will not be consumed. This gives the player agency as to the quality and overall efficacy of their potion.

Once you have the list of ingredients ready, concoct your potion as usual.
As the requirement itself is simple and well-put, we went with an Intermediate Constitution potion to immediately satisfy the required conditions, but you are free to go with other options.

The side-objectives can be easily achievable due to how many options the player should have at this time.
To ensure that the player can receive Sublime Mastery marks for this exam, make sure to only use your best ingredients to ensure high potion levels, as well as minimizing the different ingredients used.
