Small Ingredients

Small Ingredients contribute a small amount of potency to the potion and takes one cycle to grow before it can be harvested.

Medium Ingredients

Medium Ingredients give medium potency to a potion's effects and take two cycles before they can be harvested.

Large Ingredients

Large ingredients give the best boost to potency when it comes to brewing potions. They also take two cycles before they can be harvested.

Ingredient Levels and Alternate Patterns

Each Ingredient has their own level and alternate pattern for use during Concocting Potions, allowing players to better slot their ingredients in the cauldron.

Use different ingredients when you can to increase their level and the efficiency of your cauldron space later on!

How to Cultivate Ingredients

Select a Cultivation Area

Players will be provided with cultivation areas where ingredients can be planted. The more your shop grows and earns money, the more cultivation areas you can have!

Assign an Ingredient to the Cultivation Area

You can assign different ingredients in different cultivation areas. Note that any cultivation progress will be lost if you replace the assigned ingredient in a cultivation area.

Wait for the Plants to Mature

The ingredients you've planted will need a certain number of cultivation cycles to mature and be ready for harvesting. You can also check your cultivation progress in the Operations Handbook.

Once your plants have matured, you can harvest them and use them for concocting potions!

Expand Your Cultivation Areas

Once you've collected enough Funds, you can go to Freda to expand your Cultivation Areas. Doing so lets you cultivate more ingredients, which means better efficiency for your production!

For ease of access, below is a list of each Cultivation Area Expansion and their cost.

Cultivation Efficiency

Once the player gets access to Operation Bonuses, they can use their funds to purchase passive upgrades from Freda under the Cultivation Efficiency category.

In there, players can purchase extra ingredient yields, increases to base production, bonuses to ingredient EXP, and finally the ability to consume other ingredients during analysis, as well as lower all cultivation time by 1 cycle.

Analyzing Ingredients

Select an Ingredient

After players acquire the Alchemeter, they can analyze their ingredients to level them up without using the ingredients themselves during the Concocting Potions phase.

Players may choose any of their low-level ingredients as candidates to be analyzed and leveled.

Feed Excess Ingredients

At this point, players can use any number of applicable materials to level up their selected ingredient, eventually increasing its level and potency.

Having a high ingredient level will allow the potions to be more efficient due to the alternate patterns that a max-level ingredient can bring to the table.
