	Steps in an Operation Cycle
1	Check for any upgrades you can purchase from Freda.
2	Check the Cultivation Area for any Mature Plants.
3	Check the Market News and latest Financial Report.
4	Concoct a Potion based on gathered information.
5	Stock the potion stall with the appropriate potion types based on gathered information.
6	Meet with the distributors and give them new potion stocks and assign Distribution Strategies.
7	Check that all your tasks are done in the Operation Handbook.
8	End the Operation Cycle and repeat the process!
