Shenhe's new outfit is an elegant black dress with floral motif. It also comes with a new hair accessory and hairpin to complement the dress. This attire is commissioned by Xianyun, the Cloud Retainer, for the Lantern Rite Festival.

Like the other skins of this rarity, it does not alter the appearance of her Elemental Skill and Burst.
