Go to the Institute of Clockwork Applications and retrieve the Anchor is an objective for a quest. Players will need to go to the Fontaine Research Institute Region area to retrieve the Survey Anchor, which can be found northeast of the Central Laboratory Ruins.

Go to the Institute of Clockwork Applications to retrieve the next Survey Anchor. Clear the enemies at the entrance then follow Nacker.

Defeat the Meka enemies in the room to unlock the Energy Transfer Terminal.
