Found Northeast of the Central Laboratory Ruins
Go to the Institute of Clockwork Applications and retrieve the Anchor is an objective for a quest. Players will need to go to the Fontaine Research Institute Region area to retrieve the Survey Anchor, which can be found northeast of the Central Laboratory Ruins.
How to Get the Survey Anchor at the Institute of Clockwork Applications
Go to the Institute of Clockwork Applications and Retrieve the Anchor

| 1 | Go to the Institute of Clockwork Applications to retrieve the next Survey Anchor. Clear the enemies at the entrance then follow Nacker. |
| 2 |  Defeat the Meka enemies in the room to unlock the Energy Transfer Terminal. |
| 3 |  Destroy the breakable rocks in the corner to show the hidde device. |
| 4 |  Take the Ousia Block close to the ceiliing. |
| 5 |  Use the Ousia Block on the energy device by hitting it. |
| 6 |  Activate the Terminal for Energy Transfer. |
| 7 |  Take the energy from the device by clicking on it. |
| 8 |  Transfer the energy here and press hold to switch view points. |
| 9 |  Aim and place the energy on the final device. |
| 10 |  Start the Terminal to unlock the room with the Survey Anchor. |
| 11 |  Do note that there are enemies in this room. You have to retrieve the Survey Anchor close to the Meka so you might have to fight! |
