How to Beat Deep Contemplation

Use Hydro-Related Elemental Reactions

The Ley-Line Disorder of Deep Contemplation is centered around Hydro-related elemental reactions with the exception of Bloom reactions.

Invoking such reactions will result in a shockwave that will Physical DMG to opponents in your character's immediate vicinity. Be sure to optimize your team accordingly to take advantage of this mechanic as much as possible!

Best Teams for Deep Contemplation

Frozen Teams

Ayaka	Xingqiu	Shenhe	Kazuha
Ganyu	Rosaria	Venti	Kokomi

Freezing opponents in their tracks has always been a sound tactic when it comes to dealing with enemies of any size or shape. Strong Cryo DPS units like Ayaka and Ganyu should take the helm, with excellent Hydro units like Xingqiu, Yelan, and Kokomi not far behind.

You will be up against wave upon wave of Fungi, so it's best to group them together with Anemo units like Venti, Sucrose, or Kazuha.

Electro-Charged Teams

Since the Fungi will come in great numbers, Electro-Charged is a great tactic for multi-targeting. The Raiden Shogun and Yae Miko will be able to coordinate attacks with Kokomi's Hydro application, and Kazuha can help Swirl elements around.

Neuvillette's incredible stopping power also makes him a great helmsman with Fischl by his side. Just remember to bring shielders like Zhongli to increase his resistance to interruption when charging his attack.

Vaporize Teams

A Vaporize team is another great way of dealing the most DMG in the shortest amount of time. To make it hurt even more, Anemo units who can increase Elemental Mastery like Kazuha and Sucrose will do nicely in addition to grouping enemies together.

Do, however, take note that Hydro has a greater DMG increase when triggering Vaporize, so units who take advantage of this like Neuvillette, Yelan or Xingqiu, and Ayato will benefit largely from it, provided that they are paired with excellent Pyro units.
