Berrypuff is located in an Underwater Room south of Chemin de L'Espoir in Fontaine, at the end of a path heading north of the Teleport Waypoint.

Feed and Visit Berrypuff Five Times

Read the report left behind inside the room to trigger the quest, and enter the other side where Berrypuff is swimming in his enclosure! Berrypuff will have a Health Value that you need to fill up by feeding him Fish.

You can only feed Berrypuff once, and then wait for seven hours to pass before you can feed him again.

When Can I Feed Berrypuff Again?

You Can Feed Berrypuff Every 7 Hours

You can come back to Berrypuff's location after seven real-time hours and feed him again. There's no need to wait for Server Reset when feeding Berrypuff!

Visit #2 - Rescue Blubberbeast from Seaweed

When you come back to feed Berrypuff a second time, he will be too sad to eat. This is because outside his enclosure is a Blubberbeast that got trapped in a ball of seaweed!

Rescue the Blubberbeast by getting a Xenochromatic Stingray's ability and cutting down the seaweed. Afterwards, you can go back in Berrypuff's enclosure and feed him.

Visit #3 - Defeat the Underwater Survey Mek

On the third time you can feed Berrypuff, he will be hiding behind the rock structure in his enclosure due to two Clockwork Meka stationed outside. Defeat the Clockwork Meka to be able to feed Berrypuff again.

Visit #4 - Rescue Blubberbeast from Meka Enemies

When you come back to feed Berrypuff for a fourth time, he will be too worried to eat. You'll find that his Blubberbeast friend from before is surrounded by three more Clockwork Meka right outside.

Defeat the Clockwork Meka to rescue his Blubberbeast friend, and feed Berrypuff for the fourth and last time! This time will fill up his Health Value to maximum.

Visit #5 - Free Berrypuff and Get Luxurious Chest

Come back to Berrypuff's enclosure after 7 hours to see that he is all grown up and ready to be released into the wild. After a short cutscene, you can go back to the enclosure to find the Luxurious Chest waiting for you.

Blubby, Chubby, Creative Evolution

After completing the hidden quest and finding the Luxurious Chest, you get the Blubby, Chubby, Creative Evolution achievement!

Berrypuff's Location After Freeing

In the Chemin de L'Espoir Area

After freeing Berrypuff, there's a chance to meet him again as 'Berrypuffier' if you go to the Chemin de L'Espoir, to the west of the Teleport Waypoint. Berrypuffier will be with a Blubberbeast friend!
