You can get the Flowing Joyspar when you obtain a total of 90 Joyeux Vouchers scattered around the Veluriyam Mirage! You can claim this in the Collection on Cloud Nine section of the Secret Summer Paradise Event!
You can get the Felicitous Joyspar once you've collected 270 Joyeux Vouchers in the Veluriyam Mirage. This can also be claimed in the Collection on Cloud Nine section of the Secret Summer Paradise Event!
Flowing Joyspar is used to locate Joyeux Vouchers within a set AoE. Once it is used, anything that contains a Joyeux Voucher will appear on the minimap. The Felicitous Joyspar can be used to find all the Joyeux Vouchers left!
After accumulating 270 Joyeux Vouchers, Felicitous Joyspar will replace your Flowing Joyspar. This time, when you use the Felicitous Joyspar, it will mark any chests and challenges that contain a Joyeux Voucher on your map for 60 seconds.
