You can repeatedly invite Amber to a Genius Invokation battle once you reach Player Level 2! You must use a Match Invitation Letter when inviting her for the first time.

Strategy Against Amber's TCG Deck
Use Cryo Cicin Mage's Elemental Skill
At the start of your turn, use the Cryo Cicin Mage's Elemental Skill to summon a Mist Summons and set up Cryo attacks in between rounds.
Ganyu's card has a similar Elemental Skill and Burst, so you can swap the Cryo Cicin Mage for her in this duel as well!
Trigger Superconduct Reactions for AoE Damage
Switch to Fischl afterwards, and use her Elemental Skill to summon Oz while triggering a Superconduct Elemental Reaction. This way, you can trigger the same reaction after the round ends.
Setting up the same Superconduct reactions throughout the duel can deal damage to all of the enemy cards, stacking up the damage before you know it!
Keep Healing Cards on Hand
Amber and Collei's Elemental Skills both create Summons, resulting with their own Burning reaction that can deal additional damage. Keep your cards' HP high with the help of healing action cards!
