The Wingless One of Tlalocan Quest Location
Go to Flower-Feather Clan
The Wingless One of Tlalocan quest is located at the Flower-Feather Clan in Quahucan Cliff, Natlan. Approaching Coyllur at the wooden bridge outside the Flower-Feather Clan will trigger this quest.
Note that the quest can be easily seen in the map by looking out for the red quest marker at the northeast side of Natlan.

How to Unlock The Wingless One of Tlalocan
Complete the Prerequisites
Players can start this quest after they finish the Pilgrimage of the Return of the Sacred Flame which is the Archon Quest from Chapter 5 Act I: Flowers Respledent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn.
Enable Focused Experienced Mode
This quest might be involved in other quests so, you can enable Focused Experienced Mode to prevent other characters and scenes from being occupied by other quests.
The Wingless One of Tlalocan Walkthrough
Head to the area near the Flower-Feather Clan
Head to the wooden bridge near the Flower-Feather Clan. You will see and hear a woman from the Flower-Feather Clan calling out a Qucusaur.
A cutscene with Chasca will occur afterward, explaining that the woman at the bridge is Coyllur, a woman who didn't pass the flight exam of the Flower-Feather Clan.
Chasca Best Builds and Weapons
Indwell a Qucusaurus to get close to Coyllur
You chose to show empathy to Coyllur by indwelling a Qucusaurus and showing up in front of her, showing her that she can summon a Qucusaur.
After interacting with Coyllur, you will hear someone else summoning a Qucusaurus shortly after, and you decide to flee from the scene immediately to avoid any further interactions with her.
A Qucusaur Spiritscone Will Spawn in Front of You
You don't need to worry about finding a Qucusaur around, a Qucusaur Spiritscone will immediately spawn in front of you after the cutscene with Chasca.
Go to check on Coyllur
Go back to the wooden bridge to check on Coyllur. Chasca can be seen talking to her and Elder Allpa also arrives at the scene shortly after.
After the introductions, Elder Allpa takes Coyllur with her, and Chasca decides to show you around the Flower-Feather Clan.
Head to the Flower-Feather Clan
Head over to the entrance of the Flower-Feather Clan, where Chasca welcomes you and introduces you to some young clan members of the tribe, Kotimy, Yatlan, and Capac.
Towards the end of the cutscene, a slight emergency causes Chasca to go ahead of you into the center of the tribe.
Coordinate with Chasca by splitting up
Head to the middle of the Flower-Feather Clan and coordinate with Chasca. A cutscene will occur with Cusco, where he introduces himself as the Father of Chasca and continues on to ramble about Chasca and Chuychu.
Go to the Obsidian Totem Pole
After the cutscene with Cusco, go to the Obsidian Totem Pole at the center of the Flower-Feather Clan. You will see Chasca and Elder Allpa discussing about something.
Unlocks the Flower-Feather Clan Reputation
The Flower-Feather Clan Reputation will be unlocked upon approaching the Obsidian Totem Pole.
How to Unlock Natlan Reputation
Talk to Allpa
A cutscene will occur after talking to Elder Allpa and Chasca, where they invite you and Paimon to eat. Later, Warmi comes up to Elder Allpa about an urgent matter.
Talk to the Wingless
Talk to the three Wingless, Huascar, Zhunan, and Pixica, who were influenced by the out-of-town merchants. They will all be located within the Flower-Feather Clan.
The Wingless are the ones who hasn't passed the flight test of the Flower-Feather Clan tribe.
