Qucusaurus and every other Saurian opponent by extension, can be found around natlan.
Iktomisaur in particular can be found around the tribe vicinity of the Masters of the Night-Wind and some can even be found with a pack of Winged Warriors.

Qucusaurs can consume Phlogiston and fly in the air for a period of time! They can also launch themselves forward in a quick burst and stay in accelerated flight by holding the sprint button.
Use Phlogiston Wind Tunnels to Launch in the Air
Qucusaurs can also use Phlogiston Wind Tunnels found all over Natlan to launch themselves into the air, similar to the Humongous Hat Jellyfish in Fontaine!

Qucusaurus can be found in Natlan, in and around the area of the Flower-Feather Clan!
