Teleport to the underground waypoint, north of the Mausoleum of King Deshret, and make your way to the Opet Hall. Use the Four-Leaf Sigils to quicken your journey. The activation device is found floating at the entrance of the hall.

This is only possible after placing the King Deshret's Pillar Chess Piece in the Chess Board area.

Follow the Activation Device

Approach the device to prompt it to move. Follow the activation device to the holographic pyramid and obtain it from there.

Install the Activation Device

Install the activation device to the King Deshret's Pillar chess piece. Once installed, it will give you a remarkable chest and will allow you to teleport to King Deshret's Pillar in Opet Hall. Installing all 7 activation devices on the pieces unlocks the La Luna Rossa achievement.
