Cyno's deck is one of the hardest to battle against, since it's made to bruteforce damage until your HP is depleted. And also with Xingqiu present, it's easy to do Electro-charged to shred the HP of your cards on standby.

Relying on shields and healing can help you mitigate some damage and replenish some of your lost HP.

Use Piercing Attacks

Piercing damage or any elemental reaction with similar effect, can be a good way to ensure a safe battle against Cyno's deck. You can do this with Ganyu's Burst, which you can further enhance with Fischl's Oz.
