How to Beat Ganyu in a Friendly Fracas

Use Pyro and Swirl in Tandem

Diluc can deal a lot of Pyro damage by himself, and Sucrose can provide additional damage by triggering Swirl with her Elemental Skill. Dealing damage to all cards at the same time can end the duel faster!

Prevent Ganyu from Attacking

You can use Sucrose's Elemental Skill to forcibly switch Ganyu's active Character Card, forcing her to use up a turn and some dice to switch back and preventing her from attacking as much!

How to Beat Ganyu in a Serious Showdown

Bring Healing and Shielding Cards

Ganyu's deck is built around Piercing attacks and the Superconduct reaction. This means being shredded of your HP as the battle continues, making it a battle of grit. Targeting one card over the other, helps, but not much recommended since all Ganyu's cards will be able to deal AoE damage, regardless.

Reinforcing your deck's sustainability, that is, relying on shields and heals to mitigate damage and replenish your HP, is a good way to counter this deck. This is also helps you deal your own Piercing and Superconduct damage by bringing a similar deck.
