1. Elton Trench 2. Salacia Plains

Elton Trench Underwater Dome

Genshin - Fontaine Underwater Locked Room Elton Trench

The Underwater Dome located at the Elton Trench will have two Pneumosia Mechanisms in front of it. Use the nearby Echoing Conch to find clues! Significant areas will start pulsing white-blue nearby.

Use the Transoceanic Sourcewater button (LMB for PC users and L2 for Playstation users) to transfer Pneuma and Ousia blocks to the relays.

How to Solve the Elton Trench Underwater Room Puzzle

Objectives
1
Grab a yellow Pneuma Block on the slope to the left of the locked dome.
2
Approach the purple Ousia Mechanism on the right side in front of the room.
3
You can find a purple Ousia Block on top of the nearby large, green Lotus plant.

Approach the yellow Pneuma Mechanism on the left side with the purple Ousia Block to open the room!

Salacia Plains Underwater Dome

Genshin - Fontaine Underwater Locked Room Salacia Plains
The Underwater Dome in the Salacia Plains use High-Pressure Water Vents and Fantastic Floating Ball puzzles to unlock! Be careful of the Clockwork Meka swimming in the area.

How to Solve the Salacia Plains Underwater Room Puzzle

Objectives

Genshin - Locked Room Salacia Plains - 1 Grab crab skill
Get a Xenochromatic Armored Crab's skill from on top of the dome.

Genshin - Locked Room Salacia Plains - 2 hit ring with skill
Use the skill on the nearby ring to activate the High-Pressure Water Vent underneath.

Genshin - Locked Room Salacia Plains - 3 hit crystal to move ball
Use the skill on the crystal device on the wall to the left of the dome to make the Fantastic Floating Ball move!

Genshin - Locked Room Salacia Plains - 4 block the water vent
Use the Armored Crab's skill to gain a shield and block the High-Pressure Water Vent at the ruins in front of the dome, so that the Floating Ball can enter the ring!

Genshin - Locked Room Salacia Plains - 5 Interact to unlock
Interact with the two devices in front of the dome to unlock the room!
