He feels very strong with no investment and even at low level thanks to HP scaling. I think he is one of the best chars to pull for new players.
S tier is laughable, Neuvillette is easily SS tier if not the best character in the game he is actually cracked. As long as you are not fighting on a hill, his reach and ability to do insane damage super fast to every enemy spread out is crazy. His survivability is SS tier, I literally healed faster than Zhongli’s shield could take the enemies dmg in co-op. S tier is a joke, I have most of the characters in the game and he is better than them. I would highly recommend, plus he can dolphin dive🐬
VV Kazuha reduce enemies elemental resistance and high EM for elemental damage bonus. AP Zhongli gives these 2 effects as well. Vape reaction mutiply the damage by 2x/1.5x. All these makes achieving 100k damage easily. I have yet to fully build him but my highest damage per tick is 126K which is insane. I forsee he will only get stronger once his supporting character becomes available.
What is Kazuha's job in this team, reduction of Pyro or Hydro res? Or is it only for the EM bonus? I'm not very experienced with this.
He is SO FUN to play. U literally just spamming his skill and ult to instant CA which is his main source of his damage plus his healing is MASSIVE, literally every time he succ on those droplets (the same things that give him instant CA). This guy is immortal his HP went <<>>>>><<<>>>>>>><<<>>>>>>> when I'm fighting any bosses.
Neuvillette + Xiangling + Kazuha + Zhongli does over 100k damage per tick when vaporized. A lot of people didn't know this team comp is way stronger than hypercarry and electro-charged team comps. I have tried different team comps and this is the best. At C6R1, you can go all the way up to 12-16 secs for a single hydro pump attack. Easily over 1 million damage per rotation.
Well judging from his time needed to kill different groups of enemies in comparison to my other characters, he is surely ss. And my characters are really great. In dungeons they are almost always the best ones
i bet if neuvillette was a waifu they’d make him SS tier rank. even at C0 prototype amber he can do 35-45k per charged attack ticks, hes basically an unlimited ayaka burst with better aoe. he doesnt need supports rn to be playable, he is already strong without designated supports, but designated supports will make him ever stronger in the future… but doesnt changed the fact hes already strong
guys they are rating his C1 as S ....not also C0 ....he has not interruption issue and is by far higher damage than hu tao and ayaka....idk why they rate him S but my guess is they not also own the character or are getting lazy ,also only watching iwintolose video you realize he outclass every other dps released so far.
What are you even talking about, supports? He does not need any support besides the ones we already have in game. Interruption? Get a shielder! Need a healer? Animation canceling after orb absorbtion! More LP? Second Hydro unit! Reaction Support? Literally ANY who synergies with Hydro!
the people who do the rankings on this page are just brain farted. Complain over Neuvi's long charging time? NO ONE uses his charged Attack WITHOUT using skill or burst first. NOBODY!
they're mostly looking at characters in a team setting i guess, judging from their wording. i guess they're itching to make him SS soon but can't justify it without a team like hu tao/xq, alhaitham/nahida alhtough his best team is himself lmao
I don't know the criteria for this tier list, but he is really strong in C0. It's very crazy that he has that versatility of being able to cross the abyss alone lol
I wouldn’t say he’s the strongest but he is very good, he already has a very high rating the will increase once his supports are released. If he beats your c6 ayaka than maybe your not playing her well or don’t have a good build. I love neuvillte and I agree he is ss but not to that extent.
sorry guys but your rating are wrong by far the strongest dps ingame i own them all ,he perform better than my ayaka c6 at c1 with r1 weapon...please play the characters and do proper build before of make non sense review and give him the same rate as ayato lmao.He is very dependent on his weapon but if he has his weapon is top 1 dps SSS ranking stronger than all other by a big amount also without optimal support units.
I have all meta dps, all of them built and with signature.and i really like em. But Neuvillette i got c1r1 neuvillette and i gotta say at c0 he´s stronger than all of them c0, and at c1 he can play by himself all alone. Easly the strongest and most low cost, versatile dps by far. He´s clearly SS
He is hydro dragon and furina real hydro archon , like legend said archons took some power from their dragons after war, but together they ll be complete ;)
