... So I was looking at his kit and C1, but why is he SS on exploration? I can understand the "puzzle solving, or ease of survival" mentioned in the tier list SS description, but lacking pretty much everything else should lower him back to S. In fact even the B Tier on the page seems to be more accurate... Not that I'm hating on Neuvillette though!

No he isn't he is one of the best hydro drivers. Put him with Lauma, Ineffa and columbina and watch in awe at the insane amount of lunar charged and lunar blooms popping with hyperblooms on top of it. Imo it is the strongest team he has ever had. This team easily keeps up or surpasses my mauvika, citlali, xilonen, bennet team and my skirk, furina, shenhe, kokomi team (been waiting for an escofier rerun had bad luck her first round.)
He's certainly a better driver than Flins

no he doesn't,you really wanna put him on the same level as mavuika or flins that's dumb, he doesn't make that decisive difference anymore, stop with that biased bs, game8 is right
Who the F is responsible for the S rating? Dude CLEARLY deserves SS because he STILL washes everything away with ease!
the site said a long time ago, that they valued versatile characters over damage. the nod krai update had another update, the site said they will value usability in the new mode and abysm. the reason neuvi is S is because he is useless with luna reaction.

finally, he became S tier
so, it's simply Neuveillet and Verasa switching place 😢 But doesn't him being hydro benifit players, especially f2p? Oh i think this site is regard to who do the most dps. I get it ok. But how about value of a character, i think Neuveillet is still very valuable if I'm not mistake... unless a hydro dps come and out dps him
He needs a lot of investment now just to be decent.
He's still strong now, but not as easy to play as before at C0.
If we look on the team dps then is the rank list: 1.) Mavuika 2.) Skirk 3.) Nefer 4.) Varesa 5.) Flins 6.) Neuvi 7.) Arle and anymore. With Columbina the Nod Krai DPS will be stronger and then is Skirk on rank 3 or 4. Flins & Nefer on SS is correct. Yes Arle & Neuvi more flex about team building and don't need really each time premium team, but for a tier list about Main DPS is also the damage important. This ranking is correct.
