He needs a lot of investment now just to be decent.
He's still strong now, but not as easy to play as before at C0.
If we look on the team dps then is the rank list: 1.) Mavuika 2.) Skirk 3.) Nefer 4.) Varesa 5.) Flins 6.) Neuvi 7.) Arle and anymore. With Columbina the Nod Krai DPS will be stronger and then is Skirk on rank 3 or 4. Flins & Nefer on SS is correct. Yes Arle & Neuvi more flex about team building and don't need really each time premium team, but for a tier list about Main DPS is also the damage important. This ranking is correct.
If you want increase dmg, then Signature. But if you want comfortable gameplay + more ease of building, then C1. Both are good though, so the best is C1R1

Elemental skill 1: is 10239 then 7146 with sometimes 16114 Elemental skill 2: is 25237 with all others 18818 Elemental burst 1: 41085 Elemental burst 2: 43623 This does not change even if I get hammered by the bad guy before I counter attack., How is it possible? is really a mess to understand, looks more like magic than an game :(
Guys I'm very confused. I did a test of 2 set one against the other, see pictures As you can see config 1 is quite stronger than config 2 (HP 56402 vs 43160 / Atk 1303 vs 1197) now the issue is why the second one is much waker in reality in the game. Config 1 has Vourukasha's Glow while second have Marechaussee Haunter. Charged Attack 1: is 7146 with once every 5/6 attacks something around 16114 Charged Attack 2: is 18818 constant
So his new best team is Furina, Ineffa and Lauma?
Honestly c1. The interruption resistance is really nice and it opens up new team building options without loosing out on his bonus dmg, you can do double hydro.

better c1 or c0 signature? please help my neuvie stat 68 crit rate - 230 crit damage i use kokomi weapon and my HP 38532, sould i get signature or c1
partially disagree. of course newer natlan dpses will outdo him in game modes specifically tailored to them, but I think he still outdoes most characters in terms of versatility. for example, he can run freeze teams with escoffier and citlali, vape with mavuika, and now taser with ineffa and ororon. he isn’t glued to vape the way mualani is. he helped me clear the newest abyss without ineffa just bc his CA has super high ticks and consistency.
Nah, he has a lot of support but none of his teams dps can't rival the newest character best team dps
