Neuvillette really be setting the bar too high now for hydro dps. I'm afraid even the rumored c2 hypercarry Furina wont be able to compete with him.
Why isn't double HP set an option? I just lent him the artifacts of my Zhongli and he killed a Lawachurl with active aura almost completely off while I only got him 60% down with my other set. I am usually running WT, because I couldn't care less about farming new pieces when I already have amazing rolls on my WTs.
tbh only him and Alhaitham deserved the SS main dps ranking lol. SS - Neuvilette, Alhaitham S - Nahida, Hutao, Ayato, Childe, Ayaka, Lyney, Tighnari
yeah but it didn’t really make sense, neuvillte by himself is already very good and even with no dedicated supports and any team comp can rival Hu Tao, alhaitham and ayaka yet is put below ayato? If he really would be getting the highest ranking than he should be put in the bottom of ss or atleast the top in the s teir. It just doesn’t make sense to me how one support is supposedly going to put him at the top when he should already be close to their currently.

A broken flawless hydro character who isnt from Chin- I mean Liyue? Surely he really is broken to stay relevant for so long right and not just hyped up cuz he is the new toy for many right?
btw if youre playing him with zhongli, i strongly advise you to give zhongli archaic petra set

Neuvillette no team hyperbloom?
The most cracked dps, Neuvillette by himself is a powerful character, even at c0r0 - he destroys everything. In my opinion, c0 should be at SS tier.
Ss tier here we go, But seriously this guy obliterates everything even at C0, if he does have a dedicated support later he'll probably be the most cracked dps we've gotten so far
While Neuvillette by himself is a powerful on-field DPS whose power is derived from his great utilization of the Marechausee Hunter artifact set and his comfortable yet potent Charged Attacks, in terms of team compositions, supports who can cater to his HP scaling and mechanic do not yet exist. As of Version 4.1, Neuvillette is an S-tier DPS, and we expect him to get the highest ranking when a support who can synergize with him makes his teams more well-rounded, especially at C1. 4.1 Notes dude
Saw the patch notes for 4.1 Tiering. Reason he was put in S tier is because he currently does not have a delicated support. This should not be the case as he is one-man army, he alone can destroy everything in his path. He is SS tier for sure as of current gameplay. Once his delicated support releases in the future, he will be SSS aka God tier. Nothing will come close to the dragon sovereign.

he is cracked. the best dps with the best element. self sustaining unit with huge dmg and range. his er issue is not that bad since he is not burst reliant dmg dealer and as onfielder he can collect energy particles easily. hu tao needs xq, haitham needs electro, ayaka needs hydro and raiden needs scam c2. neuvillette carries you by himself.
