The Treasure Chest for Mysterious Clipboard Painting 7 is located north of Devantaka Mountain, Sumeru. It is located in the secret base, next to a bouncy mushroom and a giant metal part.

You'll need to reach Vimana Agama: Royinjan's Chapter first to unlock the secret base where the chest containing Mysterious Clipboard 7 is found.
