Just wanted to follow up with my previous comment to say thank you to the Game8 staff for adding these other characters and updating the list so it is more recent again. The new information is very helpful.
This page is in need of some attention and updates. Multiple characters have been mentioned in past comments that are not on the list yet (Hydro Traveler C6, Ifa, etc.) and some are missing placement on the rankings chart and detailed explanations for their healing (Iansan, Escoffier.) Now in v6.0 we also have Lauma, who can heal at C1.
Varesa can heal too?
I think someone need to add Ifa in this list, event tho his healing is terrible but he still can heal whole tim.

KOKOMI IS THW BEST I wanted her but I accidentally reset my fate point and got friggin kazuha instead
Yaoyao heals so much more than Kokomi it's crazy. She really should be SS-tier.
hydro traveler should count as a healer imo. he generates sourcewater droplets that you can pick up to heal the whole party for a small % of hp
The Best Healers rank list used to show how good a character is at healing the party, regardless of their overall tier ranking. I think that was more helpful to see here. How it is now doesn't inform people of that. People looking at it now would think Bennett and Xilonen are better healers than Kokomi and Baizhu, and that Chevreuse heals on par with them, and that Sigewinne isn't one of the best healers at all. Noelle being ranked as basically the worst healer in the game is far from true too.
Sigewinne is the best because she heals all the party members at the same time ! (meanwhile herself)

Considering you added Xingqiu in this list, you should also add Hydro MC, as their C6 allows allies to heal when picking up droplets. They still aren't good at healing, but they can still heal.
It's a small mention, but Sigewinne also does not apply the "Wet" status to your characters, which can be a drawback sometimes with Kokomi.
To me Sigewinne is the best healer so far. Her elemental skill has: 1- Unconditional party healing (no area or any other condition). 2- Buff elemental attacks 3- Work off field 4- No sacrifices (like kokomi sacrificing crit) 5- All while pressing a single button a single time You can even get nearly 100% uptime healing with bow of sacrifice and her burst is great for reactions.
Why is Chevreuse only B tier? She's one of the best and easiest on this list, and should easily be S tier How come Charlotte is below Jean? Why is Yao Yao so high? She's good, but not THAT good
