Update: Looks like they've added Sigewinne to SS rank on the tier list (hooray!) and fixed the issue with Xingqiu's name in the rankings list too.
They haven't updated this page fully yet is all. It's a lower priority page for them I think. It took them quite a few days after Sigewinne came out to even switch her icon here to the in-game one, and add her to the list of all characters at the bottom of the page. As far as her healing goes, to me at least, Sigewinne feels like she deserves to be right up there with Kokomi and Baizhu at SS rank. They also need to fix Xingqiu's name not appearing beneath his icon in the list too.

in fact charlotte heals as much as jean with a great cryo application..
charlotte should be on S tier healing dude, she can heal the entire party without even needing to build her that much, all you have to do is to slap her energy recharge and she heals like 15k party wide healing per burst with just 2k attack for me
yeah where tf is xingqiu he literally heals my whole party in 80 seconds
well kuki is my best always. it was bennet at first yea but then he doesnt heal fully which was a drawback. and yeps i prefer baizhu rather than kokomi
Ranking Diona as high as she is because of defensive utility is misleading. Yes, she provides a shield, but this doesn’t improve her healing. She should be farther down the list. Xingqui is missing from this list; he can provide small amounts of healing, and probably should be towards the bottom. And Charlotte should probably go up a few spots after a year or so when more players have more of her constellations

Furina's passive converts any overhealing caused by other party members to the active party member to heal equal to 2% Furina's Max HP three times over six seconds: she can turn self-healers into party-wide healers. So, Neuvillette's overhealing when absorbing water droplets heals everyone. Any on-field characters healed with skills like Shinobu, Kokomi, Baizhu's burst, Yaoyao, Barbara, etc will trigger party-wide healing when it overheals. Furina should be bumped up to SS for this.
So where is Furina?
Kokomi's burst requires her on-field to heal, same as YaoYao, whereas Baizhu barely needs to touch the ground: his skill and burst and herb-picking are all off-field heals. Qiqi is amazing for healing, but her cryo application is low and off-field it's limited to melee range. Kokomi has the most useful off-field element, Hydro, but Furina will replace her in a lot of teams soon. If you have a well-built YaoYao and you're tight on primos, Baizhu isn't a must-pull. Furina, however...
