No, in a freeze team you will swapping quite quickly and Ganyu will be dealing most of her damage from her skill and burst leaving little time for her CAs and making Amos’ passive less useful. Aqua’s Cdmg and passive will get much more use in a freeze team, plus the extra cdmg allows you to run a ATK circlet to make up for Aqua’s lack of base attack
Amos' is still better overall, is still her best weapon and should be shown as such.

Amos' bow is still better on Ganyu, just because something has a crit stat doesn't mean it's the best in the game.

Obviously bis for Yelan. I think the effect will be too powerful with refinements. It's basically two dmg plus effects for Yelan, no matter if she's used as main dps or melee support / sub dps.
