Teapot Maintenance Ended Before Spices From the West

The Serenitea Pot's placement function was ongoing even during Genshin's Spices From the West event. Since the Maintenance ended after the Version 2.7 update, but before the event ends, players can still catch up on the event.

A large part of the event involves giving dishes to your Teapot Companions. Since you can only edit Teapot Companions through the placement function, players were unable to add or swap out the characters in their Teapots before the Teapot Maintenance ended.

Serenitea Pot Maintenance began after the 2.6 update on March 30, 2022. Only the placement function of the Serenitea Pot was affected, meaning you could still enter your Teapot without any problems.

"This Function is Currently Undergoing Maintenance" Issue

Players would get a "This function is currently undergoing maintenance" message when accessing the placement function of the Serenitea Pot. As a result, no one can edit the contents of their Teapot Realms, like Furnishing, Companions, etc.

Weekly Realm Currency Compensation

For every week that the Placement Function is still under maintenance, Travelers are given 5000 Realm Currency as compensation. This compensation arrived in your in-game mail every Monday for all timezones.

Players were given a total of 50,000 Realm Currency and 300 Primogems for the duration of the Serenitea Pot Maintenance.
