This is an AFK setup, meaning you won't need to do anything once the Mechanici are in place. You won't even have to use your characters!
Tips and Tricks
Though this is a guaranteed AFK setup, you might find that dealing with the Wooden Shieldwall Mitachurl is a little too slow. If you want to slightly speed up the process, bring a Pyro Character like Klee or Amber to light the shields on fire!

Attacks opponents with Blazing Sparks that explode on hit, dealing AoE Pyro DMG. |
 Tandem Mine x2 |
When an opponent passes by, the mechanicus explodes, dealing Pyro DMG to nearby opponents. After its effects have been triggered, this device will be destroyed. |
 Veneficus Mechanicus - Crack Shot x2 |
Periodically fires an Arrow Shot, dealing Physical DMG to opponents it hits. |

I used the firtune sticks for exploded mine does not get destroyed but repairs itself in 7 seconds and expolded mine generates 20 bulid points. Got perfect score on horde mode
