Use the Camera Function in the Menu

To take a picture for the Moon and Stars Inscribe event, open the Paimon Menu and use the in-game camera function! Note that your character must not be climbing or exerting effort as you take the photo, or the scanner from the in-game camera will not work and subsequently not detect any local specialties.

No Detection After Taking A Photo

After taking a photo of a local specialty, the scanner from the in-game camera will no longer work, as it has already registered the photo you took!
